Since 2015, Laurinda has been a member of the prestigious CSPN-Customer Service Professionals Network in Toronto, Ontario Canada. This is an Association that brings together Customer Experience Professionals in North America and across continents and creates a platform for idea sharing and adoption of industry best practice.
This year’s Annual Conference which was designed to delve into the ever evolving realm of Customer Experience, was held on the 5th of June at the Bram and Bluma Appel Salon within the Toronto Reference Library, with the theme: Navigating Tomorrow’s Customer Landscape.
It was a gathering of industry experts, CX peers and thought leaders to discuss, amongst other relevant topics, Emerging CX technologies, Shifting Employee Expectations and Evolving Customer Demands.
It was a day of enlightening conversations, interactive sessions and invaluable networking opportunities tailored to revolutionize CX Strategies.
